Agreement in principle to acquire Lalesse Europe

The Dutch Royal Reesink has reached agreement in principle to acquire all the shares in the capital of Lalesse Europe, one of the leading providers of warehouse cranes and complete warehouse systems. The management of Lalesse will stay on and work together with Royal Reesink on the further growth of the company.

This acquisition is an excellent fit with Royal Reesink’s vision, whereby the Reesink Material Handling Equipment division, together with the companies Motrac Intern Transport in Almere (The Netherlands), Motrac Handling&Cleaning in Antwerp (Belgium) and Pelzer Fördertechniek in Kerpen (Germany), will be further expanded with complementary activities in the field of integrated system solutions in automated warehouses.

Lalesse, incorporated in 1970 and located in Duiven (The Netherlands), employs 45 people and focuses on the development, production, installation and maintenance of warehouse cranes and software for operating these cranes and/or entire warehouses. Lalesse is also a dealer in the Benelux countries for the AutoStore system of Hatteland Logistics.
