The Italian robot producer Comau, a company of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group, is proud to announce its new distributor Robotics Benelux. Robotics Benelux is going to market all products and services of Comau Robotics in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The region has so far been under sales responsibility of Comau Robotics in Cologne, Germany. Following its new growth strategy, Comau Robotics is currently building up a global network of distributors. Benelux is the first region in North-West-Europe to be filled with a distributor since the starting shot of the new sales strategy about one year ago.
“We are taking this step in order to strengthen our presence in these important export markets. Robotics Benelux will deliver first class sales- and after-sales-care to Benelux-customers. I see great potential in this partnership”, explains Tobias Daniel, Head of Marketing and Sales at Comau Robotics.
Michiel Brink, Sales Director of Robotics Benelux is looking forward to the cooperation, too: “Comau has over 40 years of experience in robotics, mainly gained in the Automotive Industry, where requirements for automation are extremely demanding. This expertise is almost unique and offers great value for the General Industry, too. Together with the innovative products that Comau Robotics recently released, we see great opportunities in our markets”.
