Two Jungheinrich world premieres on LogiMAT 2018

Jungheinrich opened the LogiMAT 2018 in Stuttgart with an exciting revelation and two world premieres: the introduction of the brand new reach truck ETV 216i and its own super fast miniload.

With the ETV 216i, Jungheinrich is taking the step towards designing a truck around a cleverly concealed L-shaped lithium-ion battery. The battery is now under the footplate and chair and no longer dominates the reach truck shape. The result is a cabin with much more space and an unprecedentedly good view of the support wheels and the working environment. The lithium-ion battery can be used for opportunity charging and is equipped with an easily accessible connector for the charging plug. The performances are also impressive. On this site you will find the test with the new ETV 216i.

Miniload

With the advent of a self-designed and produced miniload, the German manufacturer now also brings this system solution from his own hand. The fully scalable miniload has a very low substructure and offers more storage space in the warehouse. Acceleration and lifting speeds are super-fast and when braking, energy is fed back to super caps for less energy consumption. Thanks to its own product, Jungheinrich is less dependent on external parties and can provide better and faster service.
