The discharge sorting unit from Itoh-Denki can discharge goods with base area exceeding 150 x 150 mm (e.g. envelopes, plastic containers or gift boxes) with maximum of 50 kg. Several sorting modules can be coupled together to form a discharge plate. This ensures that the heterogeneous flow of goods can be sorted simultaneously. Each module has its own motor and thus operates independently. Maintenance times can thus be reduced to a minimum thanks to this magazine-based principle. See it yourself at Itoh-Denki, hall 27, booth K26 during CeMAT 2016.
